I have a passion for creating process. I love building foundations and watching something grow. Over the last 5 years I have built, grown, scaled and nurtured 3 separate teams.

In this world where we can find start ups within large fortune 500 companies, it is important to bring aboard the right talent and learn how to use the special talent of each individual.

 

As a creative leader, I strongly believe talent and creativity is not the answer to the final outcome of a project but the thinking, problem solving and unique vision of talent is what will give you a truly impactful outcome.

Building and running the branded content studio at The Washington Post. Managing and scaling a team of 7 creatives.

 

Developing the direction and branding of the studio, creating products to bring to market, pitching to clients and answering RFPs, overseeing the build of each execution of each live project. Developing new creative trends and productizing for market, such as AR, VR, multimedia storytelling, audio and podcast programs and more.

Building and running the branded content studio at The New York Times. Managing and scaling a team of 12 creatives.

 

Focusing on branded content – pre and post sale, white label design, T-Brand Studio branding, team management and studio strategy. Developing new creative trends and productizing for market, such as templating our multimedia storytelling programs, 360 videos, and flex frame ad products.

Designed large scale e-commerce product site for large b2b tech companies, as well as building documentation for further implementation and site construction. Designed and worked with Philips to create the new Philips healthcare site.
